Content Statement
- About Accuracy
WJPC provides a variety of content to our customers and the public for informational, edifying or entertainment purposes. All of the above are provided “as is” by the customers. WJPC is not responsible for errors or costs incurred as a result of direct or indirect references to these contents.
WJPC makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of these contents, and does not warrant that the contents will be error-free or that errors will be corrected.
WJPC is not responsible for maintaining backup copies, or for damage to or loss of any documents submitted by the customers.
- About Legality
WJPC does not print any text or image that involve pornography, obscenity, or strong violence. In addition, WJPC will not print content that is profane, offensive or derogatory to any race or ethnicity, religion, disability, gender or any other group protected by law.
WJPC will not print any subject matter that may be prohibited, regulated or restricted by Chinese or international law; WJPC cannot provide official advice on such matters, and WJPC’s acceptance of any order does not imply a warranty as to the legality of the content.
If any order is withheld by a governmental or quasi-governmental agency for violation of international, national, state, provincial or local laws, the customer is solely responsible for the material, including the full cost of the material and any fines or legal actions imposed. Orders returned to WJPC for violation of law or regulation are not eligible for compensation and/or refund.
International, national, state, provincial or local laws may require certain industries or professions to list certain licensing, certification or registration information on printed materials. WJPC is not responsible for determining whether such listings are required or recommended, and cannot provide advice or warranties on the subject matter.
- About Copyright
The customer retains the copyright, trademark and any other intellectual property rights in materials or items submitted to WJPC for printing, and WJPC assumes the role of manufacturer only and does not act as a publisher or agent.
The customer is responsible for fully warranting and representing that the materials provided do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, including any international rights, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
WJPC reserves the right to require proper documentation of any or all of the materials to prove that the customer has obtained proper authorization to reproduce the intellectual property rights of others. If any or all of the contents of a project are found to infringe the intellectual property rights of others, customer shall be solely responsible for such materials, even if WJPC has requested proof of authorization and approved the project for printing.
- About Third Parties
WJPC may post references, links or content containing content from third party sources. The inclusion of references, links or third-party content does not in any way imply endorsement, cooperation, approval or any relationship between the subject of WJPC, our employees or our shareholders and third parties.
WJPC’s content may contain the intellectual property rights of others, and WJPC includes these items for informational and illustrative purposes only and makes no claim to the intellectual property rights of third parties. Besides, the use of such third party intellectual property in any way does not imply endorsement, cooperation, approval or any relationship between the subject of WJPC, our employees or our shareholders and the third party.
Manufacturing And Production Statement
- About Agency And Distribution
WJPC is known as Dongguan Wangjing Poker Co., Ltd. and its branch company is known as Shenzhen Wangjing Printing Co., Ltd. Customers are requested to identify the domain name (wjplayingcard.com) and the related social media platforms to which it is tied. WJPC is not responsible for any financial losses or inferior products caused by counterfeit companies, agents or distributors.
- About Materials And Equipment
All orders will be produced using industry standard equipment, materials and practices, and WJPC reserves the right to determine or modify the materials, equipment and practices used to produce each order as long as it does not differ materially from the final accepted offer.
- About Proofs
WJPC provides digital proofs for each order at no charge. The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the digital proofs, which includes all artwork elements – layout, placement, images, colors, text, spelling, grammar, etc. If there are any printing issues, the customer is asked to purchase a hard copy proof (physical printing sample) for review before mass production is approved.
- About Variations
Due to the basic nature of printing, slight differences in alignment, registration and color may occur throughout the production process. WJPC can only promise to minimize the differences to the extent allowed by the customer.
- Regarding Country Of Origin
WJPC will, at its sole discretion and without additional customer approval, add a country of origin statement to each item unless it is properly included in the documentation provided by the customer. The location and size of this statement will be chosen by WJPC to best comply with applicable international law.
If the customer wishes to retain control over the location, size and style of the Country of Origin Statement, it should be provided at the time the original document is submitted prior to the start of production. Once production begins, additional fees will be charged for changes.
WJPC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to adjust, move or add declarations if the location, size or other factors provided by the customer do not comply with international law, without additional approval from the customer.
Fees And Disclaimer
- About Refunds
Because WJPC products are custom made, all sales cannot be cancelled, disputed or refunded once production has begun.
In the event of production-related defects, all issues must be brought to WJPC’s attention within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for appropriate compensation and/or replacement.
- About Payment And Refusal To Pay
All payments will be denominated in U.S. dollars and are subject to the current exchange rate as determined by the issuing financial institution. Payments received from foreign accounts may be subject to transaction fees or other charges, all of which are the responsibility of the customer.
WJPC reserves the right to charge any fees associated with the customer’s project at any time, including after completion of the project, to the payment method on file with the customer. In some cases, WJPC may submit or otherwise transfer such fees to governmental or quasi-governmental agencies, but will not be responsible if such submissions are lost, misdirected, or rejected. If this occurs, you may be responsible for payment of fees directly to the appropriate agency.
By entering or providing WJPC with a customer’s credit or debit card number and related billing information, it is tantamount to agreeing to authorize WJPC to immediately charge your account with an electronic signature, as well as any additional fees or penalties in the future.
WJPC reserves the right to retain the customer’s credit card number and related billing information and to charge him or her, without notice or additional authorization, any additional fees, charges or penalties imposed under any of the policies or additional products or services listed in the Terms and Conditions as requested by the customer.
If a customer initiates a chargeback with WJPC and the financial institution ultimately decides the dispute in WJPC’s favor, we reserve the right to charge you a fee to cover the costs associated with the chargeback, including, but not limited to, penalties levied by the credit card issuer against us and the time spent by our staff researching and resolving the issue.
If paying by debit card, please note that your card has a temporary authorization or “hold” on it. This fee will be refunded to you in accordance with your financial institution’s policies, over which WJPC has no control. And WJPC is not responsible for such temporary fees or any penalties incurred as a result. To avoid this, please pay with a credit card rather than a debit card, or make sure there are sufficient funds in the account associated with the debit account.
- About Taxes
Customer is solely responsible for the identification and payment of all taxes, import fees, duties, GST, VAT or other fees imposed by governmental or quasi-governmental agencies or related charges. Such charges are not included in any WJPC’s pricing unless expressly stated in the accepted offer.
Turnover And Shipping Statement
- About Turnover
While WJPC works under standard turnover times, orders will always be produced as quickly as possible and without sacrificing product quality.
WJPC does not guarantee the delivery date of any order. Delivery times provided to customers are estimates only and orders may arrive before, during or after these dates and may be delayed for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to weather, labor fluctuations, market conditions and government inspections or delays. If delivery is required prior to the arrival date specified in the order, any expedited shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- About Shipping
WJPC is not responsible for inaccurate or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred as a result of orders that need to be re-shipped or forwarded are the responsibility of the customer.
WJPC strongly recommends that customers use a shipping address where someone can receive the goods during normal business hours. Most carriers will make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us. If a shipment is returned to us due to exceeding the maximum number of delivery attempts, the customer is still responsible for the full cost of the order and any redelivery charges.
If an item is damaged as a result of shipping, please contact WJPC as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement, and WJPC may request the customer’s assistance in providing pictures, video or documentation of the damaged shipment in order to file the applicable claim with our carrier.
The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties or charges incurred for orders shipped outside of China.
Modification Statement
This statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Guangdong Province, China, and WJPC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
We ask that you check and review these terms and conditions from time to time, or at least before placing an order with us, for such changes. If you do not agree with any existing or updated provisions, we request and recommend that you notify us immediately.
