- Clarification on Extra Printed Cards
During the production process, a certain number of extra cards are printed to ensure that only high-quality products are delivered to customers, preventing defective cards from being included, For the Stockholm 17 order, we have reached an agreement with the client, and all extra printed cards will be handled as follows:
Only one set will be stocked by our company as a reference sample for future production.
All remaining extra cards will be sent back to Stockholm 17 at no cost to ensure that the customer’s interests are fully protected.
Going forward, we will maintain detailed records of all extra printed cards and coordinate with customers on their handling and to enhance transparency. - Regarding Possible Unauthorized Resale
Our company has launched an internal investigation into whether any person were involved in unauthorized resale of customer’s playing cards, We will fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and if any illegal activities are discovered, we will take strict action and hand over the matter to the police without hesitation.
