Custom Oracle Cards Sizes and Thicknesses

Our cards are meticulously crafted using die-cutting techniques, which involve creating a cutting mold. We maintain a stock of molds in the following commonly used sizes:

• Poker Card Size: 2.5″ x 3.5″ (63.5mm x 89mm)
• Bridge Card Size: 2.25″ x 3.5″ (57mm x 89mm)
• Mini Card Size: 1.75″ x 2.5″ (44.45mm x 63.5mm)

These sizes are suitable for most oracle card decks. However, if you have specific size requirements for your custom cards, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How to Prepare Your Files for Die-Cut Card Printing?

To ensure the optimal printing quality of your cards, it’s crucial to prepare your files correctly. Here are a few essential tips to follow:

Step 01:
Export your files in PDF format specifically for printing purposes.

Step 02:
Before exporting, ensure that you convert the color space from RGB to CMYK to maintain color accuracy during printing.

Step 03:
Whenever possible, export images as vectors to preserve their quality and scalability.

Step 04:
If you’re unable to use vectors and need to export bitmaps from software like Photoshop, set the image resolution to a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch) to ensure crisp and clear details.

Step 05:
For designs with colors or images extending to the edge of the final card, include a 3 mm “bleed zone” around the artwork to account for die-cutting during production.

Step 06:
If you’re not exporting your artwork as vectors, it’s important to separate the die-cutting design and the printable artwork into two distinct layers.
